Our cancellation policy
In order to avoid cancellations, we ask you to inform us in good time.
If this is no longer possible, the following cancellation conditions apply:
When booking 1 to 2 nights incl. breakfast buffet
Free rebooking or cancellation on the day of arrival up to 6 p.m. possible.
In the event of late cancellation, 90% of the room rate will be charged.
In the event of no-show or early departure, 100% of the room rate will be charged.
When booking 3 nights or more and when booking incl. catering service
Up to 14 days before arrival – free of charge
From 13 days to 7 days before arrival – 40% of the prices for accommodation + meals
From 6 days to 2 days before arrival – 70% of the prices for accommodation + meals
From 1 day before arrival – 90% prices for accommodation + meals
In the event of no-show / early departure, 100% of the stated prices for accommodation and meals will be charged.
For group bookings of 10 rooms or more and when booking our New Year's Eve package
Up to 30 days before arrival – free of charge
From 30 days to 14 days before arrival – 40% of the prices for accommodation + meals
From 13 days to 3 days before arrival – 70% of the prices for accommodation + meals
From 2 day before arrival – 90% prices for accommodation + meals
From 1 day before arrival, in the event of no-show / early departure, 100% of the stated prices for accommodation and meals will be charged.
Deviations and ancillary agreements must be recorded in writing.
Cancellations are generally only accepted in writing and must be confirmed by us in writing.
We therefore recommend travel cancellation insurance.
The invalidity of individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An effective provision that comes as close as possible to its economic content shall replace an ineffective provision. The same applies to any gaps in the contract. We reserve the right to correct errors, in particular typographical or calculation errors in written offers, confirmations or brochures from our hotel. Otherwise, the general DEHOGA-Terms and conditions apply.
